Asrar is a dentist with a special interest in oral surgery and dental implants. He graduated from BZ University, Pakistan in 1994 and moved to the UK in 2002. He works part-time in the Oral & Maxillofacial surgery department of District General Hospital, Eastbourne. He has worked in the field of oral surgery for over 20 years. He has been working in the South East region for the last 15 years. As part of his oral surgery training, he has worked in The Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, District General Hospital, Eastbourne, Conquest Hospital, St Leonards-On-Sea and The Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford.

Asrar is a fellow and master of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (FDS) and Faculty of General Dental Practice (FGDP) of The Royal College of Surgeons of England, the International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD). He has undertaken extensive training in dental implants and keeps his knowledge up-to-date by regularly attending national and international courses and conferences. He is the director of the ITI East Sussex study club and a registered ITI speaker for the continuing professional development of dental professionals working in the field of implant dentistry. He is also an examiner of the Diploma in Implant Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

His approach to dentistry is very informal, making your dental experience as comfortable as possible in a relaxed environment.

Out of the practice, Asrar enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves listening to music and watching cricket!
